Whew - what a whirlwind this Countdown To Modernism Week. So many giveaways, so much anticipation. Now Modernism Week is finally upon us! Today, we're packing our bags for Palm Springs. STRUKTR Studios is escaping to the desert to experience the best of Modernism Week's cocktail parties, panels, and architecture. Here's a peek at the essentials I'm bringing with me.

Bag: Vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Sac Weekend Tote Bag
My go to travel bag, for everything from weekend trips to carry ons, is my vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Sac Weekend Tote Bag. It was a wonderful gift from my mom. It was actually hers before it was mine. I remember it coming with us everywhere when I was a kid, always tucked in front of our seat on the plane and stuffed with snacks and extra sweaters - I even remember climbing into it, once or twice, on a flight.
